We primarily organize K-Pop café events and fan celebrations for example, BTS member birthday events with themed drinks, photocards, activities, and fan interactions. 

Events are typically hosted in fan-friendly locations in Berlin, often in cafés or similar venues for example, TUDO Tea in Berlin is our main location right now. 

We also travel around the EU/UK for Concert Events.

Yes! most Events require registration or ticketing in advance. Some are free, others may offer limited slots or paid slot sets depending on the event. Always check the event details for whether a ticket, booking form, or other is needed. 

We use Eventbrite/ Ticketsource or our website for booking. 

Sometimes its also only a "walk in" Event and no booking is required.

When you book a free time slot for a birthday café event, your freebie set will be reserved for you during your selected pickup time.

Purchasing a drink comes with special cupsleeves and photocards, and may include additional gifts depending on the event. 👉 Please check the individual event post for full details on what is included.

Themed Concert Café Events

For themed concert café events, purchasing a drink includes special cupsleeves and photocards. + You need to book a slot for extra concert-themed gifts, as they are paid slots ranging from €5 to €15, depending on the set you choose.

Possible items may include:

• Wristbands

• Photocards

• Postcards

• Lenticular cards

• Other exclusive themed gifts

It depends on the event. Pre-registration is often recommended because slots or free items can be limited. Last-minute walk-ins are not always guaranteed, especially for popular fan events.

Yes while some events are focused on specific fandoms (like BTS celebrations), we  welcomes fans of all K-Pop groups depending on the theme of the event. 

Most fan café events are all-ages friendly, but always check the event details. Age requirements (if any) will be noted before you purchase or register

Any cancellations or date changes will be announced on Instagram and the event page on our website as soon as possible. Always check right before the event. 

Yes! Events are designed for fans to enjoy together bring your friends or meet new ones at the event. 

Please note each of you need a booking if you want to 100% freebies.

Some events may offer special merchandise or bonus items (like photocards or extras) onsite for purchase. These are usually optional.

Payment methods are listed on the event booking or checkout page. Please complete payment to confirm your reservation or gift set. 

Card, Cash and Paypal can be used for payment in person. 

All bookings, paid slots, and pre-orders are non-refundable.

Because freebie sets and themed gift items are prepared in advance and in limited quantities, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Missed time slots

• Cancellations

• No-shows

• Change of mind after booking

Please make sure you can attend during your selected time before booking.

Time slot changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
You may allow someone else to pick up your order for you, but they must have your order confirmation and name.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your freebie set will still be available, especially during busy events.

Exp. If we end the Event 2PM we will leave around 10 - 20 min later after 2PM if you didnt showed up your booking will be invalid. For paid slots you wont get a refund because you agreed by paying to our rules. 

We are kind so if you let us know in advance, best would be with Name + Booking Number i can write a note and i can leave it at the location for later pick up. BUt this is not always possible. 

Yes. For café events, a drink purchase is usually required to receive cupsleeves, photocards, and other freebies. Requirements will be clearly stated in the event post.
