PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in our past Event Goodies! We are excited to offer you the opportunity to PRE Order all items again. Please read the following details carefully before placing your order:

1. Pre-Order Period:

  • Start Date: Today

  • End Date: March 31st

2. Available Items:

  • We are offering past event items and new standees.

  • Please check photos for available items.

3. Pick-Up & Shipping Options:

  • Pick-Up Dates:

    • May 24th/25th at the Seventeen Event

    • June 13th/14th at the BTS Anniversary Event

  • Shipping:

    • We also offer shipping options, but we recommend pick-up as it is more cost-effective.

    • Shipping costs will be calculated later.

    • Once items arrive, they will be sorted and shipped as quickly as possible for those who choose the shipping option.

  • Price start at 2,80€ for shipping 

4. Estimated Shipping Date:

  • Orders are expected to arrive late April/ ship starting early May, after sorting.

  • Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and delays may occur. We will keep you updated on any changes.

5. Payment:

  • Payment is required at the time of pre-order to reserve your item.

  • We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and payment on Sunday 9.3.2025 at the Suga Event or 27.3.2025 at the TXT Event.

  • Payment by pick-up is also accepted if we know you and can ensure payment, but advance payment is preferred.

6. Limited Availability:

  • After this pre-order period, these items will not be available again as we will focus on new products.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be offered if an item does not arrive or is lost during shipping.

8. Order Updates:

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your pre-order is placed.

  • Additional updates, including tracking information, will be sent as your order is processed and shipped.

9. Safety Information (for German Selling Law):

  • Keychains: Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.

  • Standees: For decorative use only. Keep away from heat sources and small children.

  • Enamel Pins: Contains small, sharp parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Avoid ingestion.
